JetBlue’s highly anticipated new TrueBlue® loyalty program, which was announced last year, will officially launch on May 10, 2023. For new and existing TrueBlue members alike, JetBlue invites customers of all travel preferences—infrequent travelers to road warriors—to meet the new TrueBlue and start earning rewards sooner than ever before. From more points to more perks, there’s something for everyone in TrueBlue:
Something Borrowed, Something TrueBlue
The new TrueBlue borrows the best parts of our award-winning program while adding more of JetBlue’s unique identity and experience. Unlike most other loyalty programs, TrueBlue members will be able to earn meaningful rewards even before reaching TrueBlue Mosaic® status with new Perks You Pick™. And with tiles, our new tracking mechanism for status and perks, the more ways customers interact with JetBlue, the faster they’ll earn perks and Mosaic status, including new expanded levels of Mosaic.
Many JetBlue flight extras and add-ons, as well as eligible purchases1 on all JetBlue credit cards, now earn tiles, so everyone can find ways to be rewarded at JetBlue. Members also earn more when booking air, hotel and cruise packages from JetBlue Vacations, and cars, stays and activities from Paisly by JetBlue. Tiles can even be earned on American Airlines flights, thanks to the Northeast Alliance.
Something Old, Something New
TrueBlue will offer more value, new choices and unique personalization through a variety of all-new program aspects, including:
- Tiles will become the new way to track and measure progress toward Mosaic status and perks.
- Customizable Perks You Pick will reward TrueBlue members even before reaching Mosaic status.
- Multiple levels of Mosaic, each with their own Mosaic Signature Perks and Perks You Pick, bring expanded rewards to JetBlue’s most loyal customers.
- Combined spend counts with all JetBlue credit cards, including those in the US and Caribbean. Add up JetBlue travel spend and any eligible JetBlue credit card spend to unlock perks and Mosaic status.1,2
- New JetBlue credit card enhancements on select cards bring new perks to cardholders.
